The past 2 weeks.

I haven't posted on here in a few weeks because I have been running around like a crazy person.  Cody had one of his good friends from IU come out 2 weekends ago, that was a ton of fun! This past weekend Cody was in Las Vegas for a Personal Training conference his job sent him to so I had the apartment all to myself.  It wasn't that bad because I haven't stopped with work. We had the LPGA golf tournament at our resort and the Celebrity Fight Night which is put on by Muhammad Ali every year.  It's a gigantic auction that helps raise money for Parkinsons Disease. Guests that were at this event include Halle Berry, Kevin Costner, Reba Mcentire, Kelly Clarkson, Bo Derrek, Matchbox 20, the list goes on.  I got to see about half of those people and some old guy going to the event wanted to get me a ticket to get into the event but employees are not allowed in, hey I still got invited! I am such a celebrity snob I would have probably got kicked out for trying to dance with Kevin Costner! Anyways that was my weekend full of celebrities and attending the LPGA tournament.  Those female golfers were amazing, we followed Paula Creamer for the good half of her first round. 

My parents will be out here in 10 days! We have 5 nights at the JW Camelback Inn in Scottsdale, the most amazing resort in the state.   Thanks to my sweet discount we are getting in there for $89 a night when the rate that week is going for over $400 a night! I am using my vacation time while they are out here since they have never been out here so I am looking so forward to their arrival.  Once our 5 days are up there we are heading up to Vegas to stay at the Cosmopolitan. This is the brand new Marriott hotel/casino that opened up in December.  Working for this company has turned me into a hotel junkie. There is so much work that goes into these two resorts and I appreciate it so much.  This is going to be the best 10 days off of work, hopefully I don't lose my mother on the streets of Las Vegas!  I also got to meet Bill Marriott the owner of the entire Marriott Corporation, was a little star struck! 

Anyways, everything is going great.  Work is great, Cody is great, the dog is great! I've been studying my butt off for the first round of my real estate tests.  I have to pass the school test and then the national test.  I have a few ideas up my sleeve with what to do with this license once I finally get it.  

My favorite thing last week was a big bag of Pistachios and the new song by Katy Perry with Kanye West called ET.  Check both of those out :) Miss all of you girls!
