I have been so busy lately trying to get ready to go home for Christmas and getting all my crocheting projects finished in time I have neglected writing. Sorry. My life has been rather lame lately as well, that may add to the lack of posting. Last weekend I went to Denver because I needed out of here and I wanted to do some shopping for me. My Christmas shopping has been finished for weeks thanks to Amazon.com so I wanted some retail therapy for myself. It was so great to be in a real mall with people! I have grown use to the every other week trips to wal-mart being my shopping. A mall with nice stores was the greatest thing!

Living out here is not my cup of tea as you can tell, but it does have its bonuses..

We have the best sunrises and sunsets because the land is so flat there is nothing obstructing the view! This is the view out my kitchen window at sunset. Breathtaking. They arent always this amazing but pretty much every morning and evening there is a nice sunset. I love being home from work early enough to catch the sunset. And the sun is usually rising when its time to take Max out in the morning so I catch that most days too!

My apartment is decorated as much as possible for Christmas. It is my favorite time of year, I think this comes from living at Mom and Dads for so long and their house is the perfect Christmas house with the green in the living and dining rooms and hallways- it just lends itself to the holiday! But I have a tree and I brought my ornaments from home because I love ornaments, I have started to collect them because its so fun to put them out and recall the story of how and when you got that specific ornament. I have ones from all over since I began this when I was in Australia. Its fun to look at the tree and relive all those great memories! I tried to get a picture with my Max in front of the tree but he just wanted to play, go figure!

Everyone have a great week! I have to get to work since I am going home on Friday I have to work today, booo. My boss here wanted me to work 12 hours on Tuesday.. nope.
