Everyone this is Bear. Our 5 month old Lab-Chow mix ( I see a little Pit in his face though). We rescued him from the Arizona Animal Welfare League. They go and get dogs that are on the kill list at local shelters. Phoenix comes in 2nd right behind LA for the most animals put to sleep yearly and it's because the weather is always warm out here. So basically animals can mate all year and thousands have to be put down. He was on the list because he caught kennel cough when he was there and the AAWL went and rescued him. 
Right when we saw him we knew this was the one for us. He is the most lovable boy and can sit already for us. It's been 3 days I am completely obsessed with him. It's hard to describe but I honestly feel like a mother now haha. Rylie isn't too happy about him but she will learn to love him. We took him on a little hike right by our apartment and he loved it. I can't wait until he is bigger and he can go up mountains with us and on over night trips. He is everything Cody and I could wish for in a dog. If he grows up to be anything like Brady and Max we will be lucky! My world just got rocked!
I cant wait to meet him!! Max said hes pretty excited too! We miss you!
